Panel Update Test

Hey all. I currently have a 100 amp panel in a 1300 sq foot home. I have a few unused panels on a 24 panel breaker. We are looking at getting some work done and I'm getting quotes. Some electricians are saying to update, others are saying it isnt necessary. We never trip anything or have any electrical issues. I have a Ting that monitors the electrical current in the home and we've had zero issues. I'm getting quotes for around 3k to upgrade the panel to 200 amps. What is your experience with this?
